Hourly Plan:

  • Payments required in advance unless otherwise stated on invoice.
  • 2 hour minimum.
  • Time billed in quarter hour increments.
  • Premium rates apply to rush jobs and work requiring weekend or holiday scheduling.

Project Plan:

  • Payment of 50% of project value due on receipt of invoice prior to commencement of work.
  • Balance due on receipt of invoice prior to delivery.
  • Changes to projects before or after work commences may be subject to review and adjustment of cost.

Monthly Plans:

  • Contract agreement required.
  • 2 month minimum.
  • Monthly hours billed on first of every month in advance.
  • Payment due on receipt of invoice.
  • Unused hours may not be carried over to the next month.
  • Monthly Plans are not transferable and are non refundable.
  • Hours exceeding monthly allowance will be billed at the plan’s hourly rate.
  • Early termination requires 30 days written cancellation notice.

Payment Options:

  • Payment by Interac Money Transfer or PayPal preferred.
  • Certified cheques and money orders will be considered.
  • Sorry, we do not accept cash.

General:

  • Payments must be received, or terms negotiated, prior to commencement of any work.
  • Rush jobs and weekend or holiday scheduling subject to availability.
  • Expenses such copying and printing, postage and mailing supplies, courier, long distance charges and stationary, etc. billed at cost.
  • All rates and expenses in Canadian dollars. GST applicable to Canadian clients.
  • 1% interest per month will be charged on all overdue invoices.
  • Final proofreading is client’s responsibility. (We do our best to ensure accuracy.)
