My Page Order allows you to change the order of your pages and sub pages in your Pages list using drag and drop. 

My Link Order allows you to change the order of your links and link categories on your site using drag and drop.

Exclude Pages from Navigation gives a check box on each page so you can choose whether to include or not to include the page in your list of pages of menus.
