Strive to be more than just the person who takes care of the day to day administrative needs of your client’s business.

  • Show your clients that you are truly invested in their business.
  • Become an integral member of their team.
  • Let them know that you want to build a long term relationship.
  • Offer sound advice and recommendations when you see something that could benefit their business.
  • Always look at the big picture and what you can do to enhance their success.

Pamper your clients by keeping track of special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.  Send a short note, an e-card or drop a card in the mail.  The  “warm and fuzzies” you give go a long way in making your client feel unique, special and appreciated.  (And it makes you so much more memorable too!)
