On top of her experience, Deborah has a flair for organization and enjoys planning events such as birthday parties, showers, weddings, etc. She is definitely someone who thinks outside of the box, tends to be a perfectionist, and has a great eye for detail.
Recognizing the need for diverse skills and flexibility in the growing and ever changing global marketplace, Deborah decided to leave the corporate world and launch AVA Business Services, changing ‘working for’ to ‘working with’ the business owner, and allowing a greater contribution to their success and growth.
